Switchover Best Practic

Hi All,we are running two node RAC Database (10.2..0.4) as primary. we have configured 2 DR sites. site1- is 2 node RAC Standby database and 2 site is single instance site. 
site1 is running on LGWR AYSYNC where as site2 is with ARCH SYNC. our management decided to switchover to site1 which Cluster RAC Standby database. and Complete environment is managed by BROKER. as i have mentioned complete detail of my environment, on that basis can any one guide me the best practice of SWITCHOVER. speacilly in case of RAC PRIMARY DATABAE to RAC STANDBY DATABASE.
