Oracle Data Loader On Demand Utility

Hello All,

I am using crm on demand application access provided to partners by oracle.

Is  Oracle Data Loader On Demand Utility option to load data disabled for the partner version ?

Though i am able to download the utility, when we run it throws an 'Authentication error'..User credentials and priveleges are fine.

*An authentication error occurred.  Please make sure that the login user has the
 [Enable Web Services Access] and [Admin Import] privileges and login name/passw
ord are specified correctly.  Please review the logs for details.
