SHAPE resource fis missing or ACAD Drawing

Hello,

 Are we providing support to SHAPE resource for ACAD Drawing.?
When i click on ACAD Drawing i get "RED Cross Mark" in the bottom left corner of applet, saying that SHAPE is missing resource.

AutoVue Server Version: 20.2
CAD Tool : ACAD 2010 SP3
