Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not able to view Journal Entry from GL Account inquiry

Hello,

I am not able to view / drill down the journal entry. The navigation for the GL Inquiry responsibility is :

Inquiry -> Account

I have attached the screen shot of the problem . Also I have attached the Menu details attached to the responsibility.

Can anyone please help ?
