Oracle User Management - Update Lookup Type: Role Categories - **How to prevent from deleting?**

Hello Gurus,

Could you tell me to which Community Oracle User Management related questions should be directed?

I have 2 questions. Using Oracle User Management, I would like to prevent from deleting a Role Categories. Any suggestions on how not to delete a Role Categories that was created? I am using Oracle version 11.5.10

Also, could you provide me the tables and the link between a Role Categories, and a Role.
