Hi,

Customer is facing the below error while applying patch 13743111 PL Language, but they have no issues with US patch.

oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: No template found with application short name JGand template code JGSLAAJNL
 at oracle.apps.xdo.oa.util.XLIFFLoader.processUpload(XLIFFLoader.java:681)
