How do I setup restrictions for Account Inquiry Screen for only certian users be able to access only

Hi there

Is it anyway to set up restriction to Account Inquiry Screen (We're using Oracle 11i)?  Now it seems that once I have FIN responsibility, I'll be able to access (viewing) all GL Account in my company.  I'd like to know the way to set up the restriction that certain person (based on their responsibility or user name) can access (view) only certain GL account.  For example, I should be able to access only account Dept 930 to 933 while Jim (make up name) can access only Dept 740 to 742.
