BRM Tax Application during billing time on Pipeline rated usages

Hi,

I want to apply Discount on pipeline rated usages during billing time.

How can i do that.

I have configured tax for delayed events according to below steps:

 

BRM to tax wireless events by:
1. Enabling taxation in your pipeline rate plans.
   You use your pipeline rate plans to specify which events should be taxed. When an event requires
   taxation, the pipeline sets the event’s CHARGED_TAX_TREATMENT flag to YES.
  You specify whether to tax wireless events when you create your pipeline rate plans in BRM Pricing Center.

  To enable taxation:
  1). Open your pipeline rate plans in Pricing Center.
