Patch 10106152 12.0.6 applied with errors: 3-5933855981

3-5933855981As recommended in MOS 953449.1, but the patch 10106152 was applied with errors.
Ran the sql from note 953449.1 prior to patch application, and there were no duplicate records found.

Here are the errors during patch application:

These patches are required in our Production environment because all users of the modules (INV/PIM) often report that some processes exhibit very low performance.

### Steps to Reproduce ###
- Apply merged patch (8247770|8794845|9869819|10106152)

First error:  ALTER TABLE EGO.EGO_MTL_SY_ITEMS_EXT_B ADD ( CREATED_BY NUMBER(15) NULL  )
ORA-01430: column being added already exists in table

Workaround: This erros was ignored.


Second error: In this error, We need know if have a problem or if can ignore.
