View Invoice Link Is Missing From AP Invoice Approval Notification even when using AP Responsibiliti

   This is similar to 1317375.1, but we are encountering the problem when the users are utilizing AP responsibilities rather than Workflow responsibilities.  I have already verified that the two responsibilities that they are using DO have access to the AP_APXIWALL_VIEW function, but when they go out to the notification, the 'View Invoice" link does not appear under the References section of the page (but it used to appear).  Can anyone tell me why this link may have disappeared?

   The code involved here includes NotifDetailsPG.xml and NotifDetailsRG.xml, but that really isn't leading me anywhere (but I am NOT an OAF person). Is there some kind of setup option or something for the page that may have been inadvertantly altered?
