Mass Contract Status Change
Hi~
We have a requirement to mass cancel contracts based on a list of customer.
In the Mass Change form for Service Contracts;
I am selecting Update Level as Party, and select a customer from its value field.
Attribute as contract end date,
Leaving old value as NULL, and entering a new value as 21-JUN-2012
I am not getting any results even though I have contracts that meets the search criteria. However if I enter exact end date as OLD VALUE, I am getting values.
Am I doing something wrong here.
