What is the recommended size for swap in the App server for EBS R12?

Hi
Currently we have troubles with the performance for our App server with EBS R12, the issue is when the users are connected the swap memory increase and the comsuption cpu  increase until 99%, however the instance never fails, but is very slow.

Anyone have information for the size and configuration parameters for the App Server with EBS R12?
What is the recommended size for swap in the App server for EBS R12?

We have 32GB for RAM memory.
