Tax isn't being calculated

 Hi,
I've a serious problem. Iv'e configured Payables and ebTAX, but when i create an invoice, it's created normally, but when i save, validate or click calulate tax nothing happens. When i try to create the tax line manually, The tax regime list of value doesn't show values.

What can it be? I've review all configurations and all seems normally.

Please help me!
