Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Technician portal:Repair Order Search

Hi

We are on R12.1.3 and planning to use the technical portal,In the repair order search ,we wanted the search results to display

1.SR status

2.SR-Customer Country.

These two fields are not available through personalization and could you please advise how to display these ?
