Short pay functionality is not working when expense report has single line

 Hi Folks,


Error Audting Expense Report: "You Cannot Shortpay All The Lines In An Expense Report .." [ID 1301042.1]

As per the above note: we can't use short pay functionality if expense report is having only one line is this correct functionality in R12.1.3 as well?
