Upgrading ST2540 To ST2540-M2 Under RHEL 5.3

My current situation is that I have a StorageTek 2540 connected via FC to a SunFire X4450 running Redhat Enterprise Linux 5.3 with everything runnng smoothly at the moment. However the ST2540 is now running short on disk capacity (the system is used as a database server and is fully populated with 12 x 300Gb HDD's). I have been told that due to the age of the ST2540, a compatable expansion shelf is not an option and so I have now purchased a ST2540 M2 with appropriate expansion shelf (2 new PCI cards, FC cable etc). Both the new ST2540-M2 and expansion shelf are fully
