R12: How to troubleshoot Tax Errors and Messages arisen during the Tax Calculation process (Note:13

OA release 12 is calculating taxes based in eBTax, which different that the engine used in OA release 11i.This means that new error messages and exceptions will arise during the Tax Calculation process.
To help with these new messages, the following document has been created in My Oracle Support:

This article will help you solve most unhandled exceptions in the integration between Payables and eBTax.
Several of the scenarios in this document have had different root causes since R12 introduction (e.g: ZX_LINES_SUMMARY_U1 constraint violated has had numerous causes), this article provides the last solution available which includes all previous ones.
