Create Asset Headers in Oracle Projects - Normal Items

Hi All,

We are going through a strange issue, prgram "Create Asset Headers in Oracle Projects - Normal Items" suddenly stopped creating Project Assets it was working fine earlier any clues?

Anyone faced similar issue?
