Arabic Fonts Does not appear on Reports

Hi Everyone,

I have implemented Arabic Character by using following documents, which is successfully done, but when i try to rerive report it shows me ¿¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿ characters instead of showing Arabic out put, i set NLS_LANG parameter in default.env file and regedit but no luck can someone help me out how to that.
