Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

i got below mentioned error while I am trying to receive the material in receiving form (org to org)

"APP-PO-14808 Serial Number quantities do not match the transaction quantity".

it shows 'SERIAL_QUANTITY is null' and TRACK_QUANTITY =1

how can resolve this problem. please help me.
