Version 11 and ORA-600 errors

Forgive me if I am wrong but it seems prior to the 11 product, the severity of ORA-600 errors was critical, stop the show and fix.  Now however it seems every other Ora-600 can be resolved later impact minimal.  Are others seeing this also?
