Opening Balance for Cash Position

Hi
I have two questions regarding the Cash Position functionality. I am working in a R 12.1 instance.

I have entered manually a bank statement for a certain Bank Account, but in the Cash Position the opening balance is zero, from where does Cash Management take the opening balance for the bank accounts in the cash positioning?

My second question is: Does the Cash Position only show transactions that are reconciled and accounted? I have  a reconciled AP payment that is not accounted and it should appear in the Supplier Payments Lines of the Cash Position but it doesn't....
