Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

looking to access EM from remote PC

Hi,

I have 10.2.0.4 standard database installed on win 2008 server. I would like to access Enterprise Manager from a remote pc. Can i access the EM? If yes, please suggest where i should make changes in Server and Client.
