Shipping Execution - EBS (MOSC)

Appending deliveries 11.5.10.2

I am trying to append deliveries for new orders for the same internal customer, but they come up as individual orders each time I run Pick Release through SRS.  Important to note, when I run pick release through the forms, it DOES append the deliveries.

 I have followed the instructions in note 352780.1

I have setup the profile WSH_ENABLE_DELIVERY_MERGE and have set the profile option at the site level to 'Y'

The Shipping Parameters have Autocreate Deliveries checkec, There is NO Ship confirm Rule, the Appending limit is set to 'End of Staging'.

The Pick Release rule is set to autocreate Delivery = Yes, Criteria is Accross Orders, Auto Pick Confirm is No and No ship confirm rule is specified.
