View Accounting at Expenditure Inquiry

Hi and thanks in advance.

I am working on R12 instance, at Expenditure Inquiry, I query an expenditure Item that is already Cost Distributed, navigate Tools/View Accounting  option and the form is displayed in Blank, no Cost lines listed.
