Work Center Master and Work center Rate table - 8.0 to 9.1 upgrade

When we did an upgrade from 8.0 to 9.1 we found that the conversion did not bring over all the records from 8.0 in the above tables F30006 and F30008. On research we found that this was a known issue during 8.0 to 9.0 upgrade but looks like there is no fix yet for 9.1. Can anyone confirm if there is a fix already available or should be logged as an SR.
