As part of an aquisition,  we loaded new associates and did a balance conversion.  Everything checked out in QA and we ran a payroll and SOE looked good.

Recent run in production and things are good BUT the 0 amount earnings elements with non zero balances are NOT showing on the SOE.   We have no such issue with the deductions.

Any ideas?   Why the issue in prod?
