12.1.3 Menu Slide out menu

Hi All,

We've upgraded from Rel 12.0.6 to 12.1.1 to 12.1.3. when logging into 12.1.3 it is still showing the 12.1.1 menu and not the Slide out menu for 12.1.3. We've check all the profile options according to note 1107970.1 but still no luck. If we set the profile option FND:Disable Configurable Home Page to FALSE all the responsibilities disappear. Putting it back to TRUE the menu's are there but no slide out.

Will apreciate any feedback.
