starting up database

 I installed oracle 11g release 2 on windows 2003 server , I created a new database called orcltst using DBCA,

Everything was working well but, I made shutdown for the database from oracle enterprise manager, the database 

shutdown successfully but,

a certain problem made in  the enterprise manager and it doesn't work and I can't use the  enterprise manager now 


How can I startup the database now without using the  enterprise manager.
