Better performances on VMs without SSD ReadZilla disks .... Why?

 Hello,
I try to understand why Node without SSD ReadZilla produce better performances with VMs like Microsoft Exchange 2010.
Our second Node in the cluster possesses 4 x 100Go SSD ReadZilladZilla and the performances are sharply less good.
Furthermore, the I/O (iSCSI, network, disks) is lesser on the Node without SSD.

Anyone can help me?

Best regards,
