Error, while using the standard responsibility ‘Golden Tax Adaptor (Mainland China Only)’

  I’m using the standard responsibility ‘Golden Tax Adaptor (Mainland China Only)’, when I try to export the customer’s information and the invoices’ information, the program runs warning. Click the ‘View Output’ button, it shows ‘You are not authorized to view the complete bank account number. You need permission to view the complete bank account number to run this program.’. Click the ‘View Log’ button , it shows noting in the log.
When runs the ‘Receivables Transfer to Golden Tax Adaptor’ program, it runs error. Click the ‘‘View Output’ button, another form shows ‘The output file for request 468464 is empty (0 bytes).’ Click the ‘View Log’ button , it shows noting in the log, too.
