PR can create PO repeatedly

 Hi all,
    I  was curious that PR (1 line)  that already create PO. Can I use the same PR to create another PO?

Ex PR 1101 (1 line ) Convert to PO 1201 

Can I use PR 1101 convert to PO again 1202 ?
