Can't Create New Project

Hi All,

Where on the proccess of migrating our EBS-R12 version 12.0.6 from 32bit to 64bit architecture. Database has been successfully migrated from 32bit to 64bit. As of now, we're on the testing phase (Functionality) of the Application. Everything I working as normal except for the Creation of new Project specially under Details. When all of the needed details are already given, when clicking on the Finish button, a new page will appear and after that, the previous page will appear which is the page for the details. On the production server, it works fine but on the test server as if
