Link between item line and its corresponding tax line

I have a requirement where in for each Invoice, the report should show the Item total, Tax total and the WHT total for each item line for that Invoice. Its like for every item line in AP (ap_invoice_distributions with line_type_lookup_code = 'ITEM'), I need to have another column showing the TAX for each individual item. What is the link between item line and its corresponding tax line. We are using 11.5.10 version of Apps.
