Best method to create new Budget incoporating all the existing budget organisations?
i require to create a new budget organisation which will have all the accounts of the existing buget organisation.
Two approaches
Option1:
1. End Date all the existing budget organisations ( say 30-jun-2012)
2. Create new budget organisation effective from 01-jul-2012 and manually input the account ranges from the end dated budget organsiation(step 1)
Does this has any impact on projects/AP/ AR etc, Any other areas i should be cautious
Option2:
1. create budget organization named "ALL" that automatically includes all accounts that are assigned to any existing budget organization. To do this, enter "ALL" as the budget
2. End Date the other organisations
