Mass Import Resources from E-Business Apps into Resource Manager

The 11i Application Help screens talk about Concurrent Manager job(s) that need to be run to Mass Import Resources From Other Applications in the E-Business Suite into Reource Manager.
Unfortunately, when I try to following the links in these help screens, no Concurrent Manager job names are displayed.
I need to know what those Concurrent Manager job names are.

I run Oracle Apps 11.5.10
