Open Account Balance Listing

I have setup the AR Open Account balance program and Accounting Class Assignments accordingly. All trnsactions show as expected except for refunds. I ran Open Account Balance Listing with 2 new refund documents: one total refund and 1 partial refund. Both do not get on the report. Is there something I may have missed or any issues with refunds? Thank you in advance.
