I am not sure if this is the right forum to post or I should open SR.

I registered several CSI numbers to this site so that I should be able to open SR and download patches. Since I was the first one to request the access, I did accept the administrator responsibility. Now that I have approved a few other person to the same CSI. However, I see that the other users I have approved now have the create SR and download privilege. But my privilege for create SR and download are somehow grayed out. Does that mean the administrator should not have privilege to create SR and download patches? Who should I contact to get
