rotating listener log

I have a server with multiple Oracle homes and running two listeners.  Both listeners are named differently.

I am trying to rotate the listener log. However, even after setting the current_listener and then setting log_status off, I am not able to rename the log file.

I was wondering if there is a workaround.  I am trying to avoid turning the listener off and so was turning the log_status off.

Server is Windows 2003 and DB is 10gR2
