Maintenance Release for Essbase 11.1.2.1.102 to 11.1.2.2

I am looking for EPM Maintenance release instructions to upgrade from 11.1.2.1.102 to 11.1.2.2 on a Linux box.  I have looked at the ReadMe docs, but it is not very clear as to what the steps are.  Is there some document that shows all the steps required to do the upgrade?
