Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R12 upgrade from 115.10 to 12.1.3, Patches 8538228 and 14198784, Brazilian localization

Hi Friends,

Can anybody let us knwo the difference between the subject mentioned patches.

Do we need to install both or they are in sequence.

The patches are, patch 8538228 and 14198784.
