FAILED: file csictex6.sql on worker 4 during R12 Upgrade

 Hi Friends,
 We are in process of application of merge patch (7303029 and 6678700) for R12 Upgrade and during this application, we encountered the below error. 

Appreciate if anyone could give some thoughts for the next course of action.

FAILED: file csictex6.sql on worker  4.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20000: CSI_COUNTER_ASSOCIATIONS - ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into
("CSI"."CSI_COUNTER_ASSOCIATIONS"."SOURCE_OBJECT_ID")
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSI_MIGRATE_CS_COUNTERS", line 1459
