Scrambling Sensitive HR Data

Hello -

Is there a way to scramble sensitive HR data (benefit balance, insurance amounts and rates, dob, age) and keep data integrity but limit the ability to know who the employees are?

We use the benefit balance to determine the life insurance, AD&D and supplemental rates. We would like to mask all sensitive employee data but still be able to accurately test our rates.

Any suggestions on how we can accomplish this?
