Not Able to Query Customer

 HI Friends,
We are not able to query newly created customer; 
If we set DQM Synchronization method Automatic (not batch), it get resolved but it gives problem in uploading HRMS web adi.

Is there any way around to search a customer with  DQM Synchronization method  profile set as Batch.
