Update "Created Date" and "Closed Date" as per a custom Country field

Hi All,

    We need a clarification if the created date and closed date under service request object can be updated as per another custom country field mentioned in the object. Currently the time stamp is based on the "Time Zone" field mentioned in the user profile page. Please confirm if this can be achieved.

E.g Lets say user has timezone in his user profile as INDIA but he creates an SR with country as UAE then the created date for this field should record the time stamp of UAE at that juncture and not indian time stamp. The same thing applies to closed date as well.
