How to avoid the 'Noise' in ASCP Plan output

HI All,

Planners has difficult to analyse ASCP Plan output and release the Production Plan for next 15 days, since there will be lots of firm supply, long purchase lead times, past due demands. There by planner are not able to release stable Production Plan.

ASCP-ECC.

Please suggest best practices to follow to avoid the 'Noise' and to get the stable plan out.
