HOST_AUTO_POWER_ON palams in SS 7x20 ILOM

Hi,
I have one question about ILOM default setting of Sun Storage 7x20.

I experienced host power was automatically on when I connected AC cords into  the head,
and I realize that ILOM's has following setting as default, which is different
from Sun Fire X4x70 M2 servers.

/SP/policy HOST_AUTO_POWER_ON enabled

Would you tell me if all ZFS server appliance have same setting when I pick them
out of the carton ?
