Accrual Reconciliation Report - technical

In the accrual reconciliation report data set (query which pull the data from the database) CST_ApPoAccrualReport_PVT.pkb
Is returning more rows but while displaying the report filters the the unwanted rows.
Customer like to know how this was filtered in the report.
