Commision set up for Sales volumne

Hello
We have been asked to set up Commission based on Sales volume i.e. Quantity Sold.
I checked set up in Commission constant - P42110 - There is no provision of assigning commision on the basis of QTY Sold in Sales order.

How we can achieve it? I am thinking of Unit cost set up and then derive QTY
