Payable cross currency payment

 I have a problem using payable to handle cross currency payment.
We are in telecommunication industry which has the transaction with foreign country. Normally, we use the standard currency name SDR, and once the payment shall make we pay in USD, EUR, YEN, etc. depends on the counter party.

I cannot process this kind of transaction in the payable. Please help me out.
